A History of Scientific and Service
Excellence
Today’s ATS Labs began in 1989 as a part of a company called ViroMed, which
was a regional reference laboratory performing infectious disease testing. The
combination of ViroMed's virology and microbiology expertise and a strong commitment
to quality made it one of the premier testing laboratories in the country.
Over time, ViroMed established a reputation of excellence in antimicrobial testing.

Building upon that exceptional foundation, the
antimicrobial testing services business steadily grew and helped pioneer the development of many new product efficacy test methods that have become today's standards. In 2002, we became
an independent company known as
ATS Labs, emphasizing our focus on Antimicrobial
Testing Services. In late 2003, we relocated to a larger, new
laboratory facility to better serve our clients.

Today our unwavering
commitment to technical leadership, GLP compliance and exceptional customer
service has grown stronger than ever. And as our commitment grows, we continue
to grow. Our clients range from international Fortune 500 companies to small
privately held firms. We enjoy a flawless record of EPA
facility and data audits - something few - if any - contract research organizations can claim. Similarly, we have developed an outstanding reputation with all the regulatory agencies
that review our work.
