Assistant 1
This position is responsible for the
performance of germicidal efficacy testing
within the microbiology laboratory.
The responsibilities include:
• Performs chemical and germicidal efficacy
testing utilizing classical microbiological
techniques
• Performs general chemistry procedures
including titrations and general chemical
analysis
• Assists in report (data) generation
• Maintains current and implements new
Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintains a high level of scientific
integrity
• Performs care and maintenance of the
equipment within ATS Labs
Requirements
ATS Labs provides specific training
for all duties related to this job. Other
position requirements include:
• BA/BS in microbiology (or related science)
• Laboratory experience utilizing aseptic
technique is required
• Experience working under GLPs is preferred
• Ability to be accurate and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal communication skills,
self motivated
• Attention to detail and ability to work in
a structured environment
